Marketing, Brand Promotion and Brand Management Services

1. On average FaxPlatform sends out 10 emails per subscriber per month. Each email represents an opportunity for the Licensee, or their reseller Agent, to promote their Brand/Trademark and/or promote their company. The Licensee has 5 levels of control in order to offer this service to Agents without derogation from the Licensee's requirements and/or diversion from statutory/License/Legal requirements or notifications.
2. Page Zero insertions. The Licensee has the ability to insert promotional detail into the “pdf” document forwarded to a subscriber, such document typically containing the fax.
3. Full customisation of any and all email templates. All done via the web browser and ring fences the various Agents in order to always allow self management.
4. Customisable back-end look-and-feel, using a standard layout, as required by an Agent.
5. Fax message emulation, for zero cost notification to subscribers via fax.

All Marketing details mentioned above are fully manageable in a multi-tiered hierarchical structure yet maintainable by the Agents themselves should the Licensee so choose.Please note that there is a specific area always maintained by FaxPlatform for quality, compliance and legal notice, and to promote the “Powered by FaxPlatform” quality brand which differentiates FaxPlatform from the rest of the providers.
